If I hire my own caterer, is there a kitchen available for them?Willows Edge provides a cator prep room with counter top, sink and refrigerator but no stove/ kitchen Willow’s edge also provides a cater main room for the food to be set up so its not in the main area

Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? If not, where will my guests park?Yes our gravel parking lot is complimentary along with our circle drive to drop off guests close to the building. Parking is available at the designated areas on the North/West parking lot (gravel and grass areas). Persons shall pull into the parking locations. Handicap accessible parking spaces are provided at the posted areas adjacent to the Drop off area. Parking is not permitted on the drop off area/ turn around or any access drive to a venue building. Our parking lot meets all state ADA requirements and holds space for 150 vehicles plus we have an additional space for overflow parking

Can I have my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional cost?Yes, we offer a package that includes both the ceremony and reception all in one.

Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own? Even if there is an in-house caterer, do I have the option of using an outside caterer instead?We don't have any in house caterers but will provide all of our clients a preferred vendor list Willow’s Edge does not have any in house vendors and It is the responsibility of the clients to contact and hire any vendor needed for the event ( cake, flowers, hair, photography, etc. )

Are there any Additional Fees ?The renter will be responsible to pay a Breakage Fee “and any “Additional Services Fees” for the use of the Property. Additional Fees will be included and paid prior to the event If damage occurs to Willow’s Edge venue or if repairs or replacements are needed to be made as a result of the customer, the Customer will pay for it from the damage deposit and/or the Credit Card on file. The refundable Damage Fee will Be returned ONLY if no damage has been accorded on the request of the customer. Requests must be made no later than 30 days after the event date and Funds returned no later than 30 days after request is approved. If Clean up service isn’t purchased and the venue isn’t cleaned up before the time of 12:30pm the day after the event then a Clean up fee of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file. If clean up service isn’t purchased, and food and trash are left overnight then the cleanup fee of $250 will be charged. ALL FOOD AND TRASH ARE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED THE NIGHT OF.

Are there any noise restrictions?No we are located in the county limits with no noise restrictions. Although we are situated on 5-acres, we are keenly aware that sound travels and do, therefore, make every attempt to be considerate of our neighbors’ privacy.

Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?We will not provide any Dj equipment or miro phones Willow’s Edge has a Dj space in front of the dance floor with the correct outlets for band and Djs to set up easily

What's your weather contingency (backup) plan for outdoor spaces?Willow’s edge can provide an indoor space for your ceremony available to serve as a “weather back-up plan”. Should there be inclement weather on your reserved day.

What other events are going on at the venue on the same day?Willow’s Edge offers exclusive access and one wedding per weekend or one day event per day so there is no sharing of days or events on the same day.

Can we bring our own wine, beer or champagne? What about hard liquor?Willows Edge will be providing the groom and bridal party with gift packages in the suites that will include a limited amount of champagne or wine for the women and whiskey or beer for the men. Willow’s Edge will provide all alcohol for the events at our Jr. Bar Lounge and any outside alcohol of any kind found on property will result in a $500 charge. Willow’s edge will have their bar lounge open at the events for any additional alcohol needed. Willow’s Edge can provide additional alcohol for suites and cocktail hours upon request and purchase. Willow’s Edge will be providing a licensed bartender to serve at the Event.

How many hours does the rental fee include, and is there an overtime fee if I stay longer? We really like to party.The times for events are listed in each description. Any time over the designated time will be charged by the hourly rate.

Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?Willow’s Edge will provide enough tables and chairs for 230 guests for reception . Willows Edge will provide 130 chairs for wedding ceremony If your ceremony and reception are larger you will have to move chairs around to accommodate Willow’s edge will also provide Ivory white linens for all tables

Is there a separate space for cocktail hour?We have a large outdoor Patio that can be utilized for cocktail hour along with access to the bar lounge.

How is alcohol priced, and is there a bar minimum?Willows Edge Bar Lounge has prices listed along with the drinks offered Bulk purchase of alcohol prices varies so quote can be requested

What's the cancellation policy?In the event a customer cancels the event, the customer shall notify Willow’s Edge immediately in writing or by email. Once canceled, the Customer shall be responsible for agreed liquidated damages as follows. The parties agree that the liquidated damages are reasonable. In the event Customer cancels the event more than one year prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Willow’s Edge as liquidated damages one-half (1/2) of deposit. In the event customer cancels the event less than one year but not more than six months prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Willow’s Edge as liquidated damages the entire deposit. In the event Customer cancels the event less than six (6) months but more than three (3) months prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Willow’s Edge as liquidated damages fifty percent (50 %) of the rental fee. In the event customer cancels the event less than forty five (45) days prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Willow’s Edge as liquidated damages the entire rental fee

Is the site accessible for people with disabilities?Our Venue and Parking lot meet all ADA requirements, ensuring to suit all guests.

Is there a designated smoking area?Willow’s Edge is a non-smoking property, if you or your guest must smoke ( e cig too) it has to be OUTSIDE in the designated smoking area and all traces will need to be cleaned up.

Do you have liability insurance?Each Client will have to provide Liability Insurance. A certificate of insurance with coverage dates (including setup, event day, and cleanup) must be provided to Willow’s Edge 30 days prior to the Event. A minimum of $1,000,000.00 General Liability is required for the event. This policy is to cover all services provided by applicants on the property including, liquor, food, music, lighting, dance floors, etc., for the dates of the event. Willow’s Edge is to be listed as an additional insured. Willow’s Edge will provide contact information for the local agent that will be familiar with this policy.

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?Yes WIllow’s Edge offers a bridal and groom suite full day access with the ceremony and reception

What's the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?Willow’s Edge requires the contract be signed by Customer and an initial payment of thirty- five percent ( 35%) be deposited for the Venue. A second payment of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due six months prior to the event date. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due sixty (45) days in advance of the event. Cash, credit card and online payment will be accepted. Juniors Bar lounge will accept cash and card only when tab is over $40

How many people can this location accommodate?Up to 250 guest on property. Willow’s Edge is providing tables and chairs as part of our rental package, unless noted otherwise. We have 130 ceremony chairs and 230 reception chairs with comparable numbers of round tables to accommodate our venue occupancies. The 60-inch diameter round tables (seats 8). We also will be providing a few rectangle tables for bridal party head table, cake table and any other needed space if available.

Are there additional charges for bar staff?Willows Edge is required to provide a licensed bartender, the fee is included within the prices

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?To reserve services on the date/s requested, Willow’s Edge requires the contract be signed by Customer and an initial payment of thirty- five percent ( 35%) be deposited for the Venue. A second payment of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due six months prior to the event date. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due s 45 days in advance of the event. Deposits and payments will be made by cash or personal check (made payable to Willow’s Edge LLC) on the schedule noted below. A receipt from Willow’s Edge will be provided for each. ALL CREDIT CARD transactions will have an additional 3% processing fee.

Can we have our rehearsal dinner here? What about a morning-after mimosa brunch?Just ceremony rental is a one day rental from 8am-5pm The Package rental includes three day access Day one 2pm-8pm, Day two 8am-Midnight, Day three 8am-12 noon Day 1 ( 2pm- 8pm) is programmed for clients to have time for ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
